You can request permanent deletion of your Fastigo passenger or driver account and associated personal data.

To start a deletion request, email us from the address linked to your account:
- We verify you own the account before deleting.
- Some records may be kept where required by law (for example trip/payment history).
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
